Owner, Luiz Roncelli
Luiz Roncelli was inspired by his grandfather, a skilled wood crafter whose passion for the trade left a lasting impression. From a young age, Luiz was drawn to the art of working with wood, and when the opportunity came to turn that passion into a career, he knew it was the right path.
With a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, Luiz built America Floors from the ground up. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted team of five, known for delivering high-quality flooring services across Cape Cod.
Outside of work, Luiz enjoys spending time with his family and staying active. He’s passionate about sports and regularly takes part in soccer, jiu-jitsu, football, biking, and swimming.
